Alan Smith, President of Innovative Respiratory has lived in Nashville since 1987, and Vice President, Kathy Smith, BSN was born in Nashville and has been a licensed Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Since 2004, they have owned & operated Innovative Respiratory & Medical Supply. Located in the Bellevue area of West Nashville, Innovative Respiratory has been providing home medical equipment as a convenient neighborhood provider and across the Greater Nashville/Davidson County area including all adjoining counties. Innovative Respiratory & Medical Supply, LLC takes pride in having a staff that is dedicated to providing the highest quality and personalized services to all of his customers.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Innovative Respiratory has an experienced staff to assist customers with any questions regarding their accounts. They can be reached Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. The customer can be assured that their privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any claims and concerns. The staff at Innovative Respiratory & Medical Supply will work to assure the best interest of the client will be upheld and that proper pre-certifications are obtained in accordance with the guidelines established by each insurance company.
RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS
Our staff of licensed respiratory therapists educates and fits the proper CPAP equipment, and educates and monitors oxygen patients. Appointments can be made for mask fittings in our main location in Bellevue, at the client’s home, or even at the client’s place of business.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Innovative Respiratory guarantees friendly, free and timely delivery of equipment to all customers living in the Metro Nashville area. Customers in the Middle Tennessee who are unable to get out due to illness or lack of transportation can receive most products within a 24 hour period of time of placing the order with us.
